Adam Barnard
Youngest son of international jazz artist Bob Barnard, Adam has been playing swinging drums and washboard for over twenty years in most of the Australian music scenes. Be it Jazz, Blues, Jive, Funk, Country, Swing or Jugband, he can be found behind the drumkit, driving the band along. He has played most of the Australian Music Festivals across the country, including the Manly International Jazz Fest, Wangaratta, the Gold Coast International Jazz Fest and Canberra Festivals. Recent trips abroad have seen him team up with his London-based brother, guitarist Tony Barnard and English bass legend Peter Ind at the famous Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London. When in Sydney you can catch Adam with the Radium Club Hepsters and the Jugalug Stringband, among many others!
